HOW TO ORDER:

We will send you an email confirmation. Full payment shall be made prior to the delivery. Email notification will be sent to you once we received your payment and when delivery has been processed.

Our Payment Method:
Direct bank transfer, cheque or cash deposit to our bank account. Bank account details will be advised.

Our Delivery Method:
By courier. Price: RM6 for first 500gm. Usually will arrive in 2 business days after payment received.

Kindly note that we cannot guarantee that the item's colors you see on your monitor are identical to the item's color.
Items sold are NEW unless stated.

CANCELLATION:
Once you've placed an order with us, the reservation will be kept for 2 days before we release it back to the store. No changes once payment is made so please be sure of your orders.

REFUND:
We will refund you if the item became out of stock.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is RM6.00 for the first 500g and RM1.50 for every additional 500g.
Delivery within East Malaysia is RM9.00 for the first 500g and RM2.00 for every additional 500g.
We will advice you the shipping fee accordingly.

It's very important to provide us with the correct delivery address and contact number. Once parcel is sent, the ownership leaves our hand and is deemed to have passed to you. We should not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE:
We do not allow returns. However if you have a valid reason to exchange the item, we would hear you out. Shipping cost to exchange the item would be borne by the customer. All items must be exchanged within 2 days of receiving.

PRIVACY:
All information provided to us will be used solely for processing orders and simplifying the browsing and latest updates. However, we may disclose the information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with and as required by applicable laws and regulations.
